A responsive and helpful team at Bacchus Marsh Helloworld. We have used on two occasions to assist us with overseas travel to US and Europe. Helpful with ideas, working to your budget, current travel information and tips and very responsive. In our most recent trip, I needed to urgently book flights due to a cancelled train service in Italy. Our mother wished to book a holiday to Bali for herself and a friend - They are both in their 60's and not experienced travellers.
