Cruise through the scenic Gulf Islands en route to Victoria, visiting the renowned Butchart Gardens along the way. Continue with a guided tour showcasing Victoria’s elegant homes, historic landmarks and coastal charm before returning to Vancouver by scenic floatplane, offering spectacular aerial views of the Strait of Georgia.
Today, fly from Vancouver to Campbell River, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or explore the local area.
Transfer by seaplane from Campbell River to Knight Inlet. Upon arrival, receive a traditional welcome in the lodge Gathering Area. Following a brief orientation, embark on a small boat excursion through the estuary. In the afternoon, enjoy your first bear viewing experience, either by boat in spring and summer or from a viewing platform in the fall.
Today, set out on another unforgettable bear and wildlife viewing excursion. In the evening, unwind in the lodge lounge and enjoy an interpretive presentation by one of the guides.
Enjoy a final bear viewing excursion before returning to Campbell River by floatplane. From here, continue your journey back to Vancouver.
