At 6:00 p.m., meet your travel companions for a welcome drink. Your Tour Director prepares you for your upcoming adventure.
 

Elevated Experiences  
This morning, explore Toronto on a sightseeing tour. Highlights include the Legislature Building, cultural neighborhoods, University of Toronto, and the Kensington Market area. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Consider a visit to the iconic CN Tower, stroll along the scenic waterfront of Lake Ontario, or discover world-class museums, galleries, and dinner in the entertainment districts. (B) 
 

Waterfalls & Wine  
Depart Toronto and follow the scenic shores of Lake Ontario to the awe inspiring Niagara Falls. Feel the mist on a cruise to the base of the powerful, roaring cascades, then continue to the charming village of Niagara-on-the-Lake to stroll the boutique-lined streets. This evening, enjoy dinner and local ice wine overlooking the falls. (B,D)
 

Islands in the Streams  
Travel to Rockport this morning for a scenic cruise through Thousand Islands National Park, followed by lunch dockside on the St. Lawrence River. Continue to Canada’s capital, Ottawa, for a two-night stay. Enjoy leisure time this evening to explore Ottawa’s culinary offerings, including classic Canadian dishes such as butter tarts, poutine, and fresh Atlantic salmon, and, in season, savour sweet maple treats that showcase the country’s signature flavours. Spend your day your way in Ottawa 
Enjoy guided sightseeing this morning through the legendary landmarks of the Canadian capital city of Ottawa, including the residence of the Governor General, the hexagonal National Arts Centre, Parliament Hill, and the historic Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Experience the sweeter side of Ottawa with a beloved local treat, a Canadian beaver tail.

The rest of the afternoon is free. You may wish to visit the world-renowned Canadian Museum of History, shop for souvenirs, or spend time at the National Gallery of Canada. (B)  
 

French Sights & Bites  
Drive north to Cap-de-la-Madeleine for a visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, a national shrine famous for its fine stained-glass windows. Enjoy time to stroll through the grounds of the sanctuary and see the miraculous Madonna in the old chapel. Continue to romantic Québec City, one of the most historic and best-preserved cities in North America. This evening, savour regional French cuisine at a special dinner in Old Town Québec. (B,D) 
 

French-Canadian Treasures
Start your morning at a family run sugar shack for a robust maple syrup breakfast and a behind the scenes look at how syrup is made. Then meet your Local Guide for an engaging walk through Canada’s only walled city. Explore Place d’Armes, the historic Laval Seminary, and the atmospheric Place Royale; wander the charming streets of Lower Town along the St. Lawrence and stand on the storied Plains of Abraham. The afternoon is free to explore on your own – relax at a cozy bistro, browse boutique shops, or keep uncovering Old Québec’s layers of history and culture. (B)
