This morning, transfer by coach to the picturesque alpine town of Banff for a two night stay at the “Castle in the Sky”, Fairmont Banff Springs. Snowshoe on an easy trail along a bridge across the frozen Vermilion River and along the snowy path winding through a forest of pine trees to the Paint Pots, a cultural treasure within the National Park.
This afternoon, step aboard your horse-drawn sleigh and glide over sparkling snow as you take in the gorgeous mountain scenery. Travel into the Bow River Valley where the only sounds to disturb the silence are the clomping of hooves and the jingle of the horses’ harness.
This morning, check-out of your hotel and transfer to Calgary for your onward journey.
